Ideal applicants should have experience handling real estate files, including preparation of offers, ordering and reviewing title commitments, closing statements and monitoring deadlines. Probate and Guardianship experience should include preparation of documents, court filings and monitoring deadlines.  Experience in fiduciary income tax is welcome.
