Biography

Attorney Phil Remmers joined the firm in 1995. He concentrates his practice on business structure, contracts, acquisition and sales; trusts and estate planning; probate and trust administration; and residential and commercial real estate. Phil utilizes his tax and accounting background frequently in his practice to implement tax reduction strategies. Personal interests include history, civil war battlefields, archeology and golf.
